The Loadrunner is small and agile like a normal wheelbarrow, enabling you to get into tight spaces around a property, but it's still powerful in what it can move. Even small guys can maneuver hundreds of pounds at a time over the hilliest terrain. Is there a staircase in the way? Throw down a plank and it will roll right up.

Landscaping

Concrete
Whether transporting 25kg sacks of dry mix or slurry ready to pour, the loadrunner makes short work of bringing concrete and cement from the drop off to the pour site. Concrete is messy too, and the waterproof electronics are totally fine with the muck and a hose down.
Bricklaying
The kit works great on brick barrows too, to carry stones, pavers, and masonry from the delivery pile to the workspace.
Construction
Contractors will often use a wheelbarrow as a convenient way to move bags of tools and equipment to and from the jobsite, or to bring piles of waste (like roofing shingles) to the dumpster. The Loadrunner makes all of these tasks a breeze.
Marinas
Marinas have tidally varying ramps to go from the dock up to land. Pushing carts up the ramp at low tide can be a huge chore, while extra care is needed to hold a cart from running away going down. With the Loadrunner kit, you can move things just as easily from the docks to the land at low tide as high tide.
